3 factories inaugurated in Dammam Second Industrial
Minister of Commerce: incentives and facilities to create an ideal environment to attract investments
Dr. Tawfig Alrabiah; Minister of trade and industry, the State is working to strengthen industrial incentives and the provision of industrial land required in all areas, pointing out that the Ministry has made the industrial licensing and one day without revision of the Ministry, as well as tariff exemptions, one of the main incentives introduced recently. Al-rabeeah said the State pays great attention to the industrial sector, offering a variety of incentives and facilities, to create the ideal environment to attract domestic and foreign industrial investment, and build a national industrial base catalyst to be a strategic choice, describing the investment environment in the Kingdom, adding that the Ministry drivers offer many facilities to provide the proper environment for industrial investments.
The Saudi industrial cities are attracting international industrial projects in many areas, contributing to the creation of a strong industrial base economic growth in Saudi Arabia in providing job opportunities for citizens, the localization of products and new technologies, considering new plants of high value added needs of the Saudi economy. Saleh Rashid said, General Manager of ' Modon ' that new plants commissioned by the Minister will contribute to the localization of products and new technologies, and create job opportunities for Saudi youth, adding that the second industrial city of Dammam currently 972 factory product or under construction, and development projects including infrastructure rehabilitation project at a cost of 61 million, and the implementation of parts I and II of the road cost 78 million riyals, and an electric converter station by 67 million, and create ground electricity transmission lines by 94 million SR.
